In case of cancellation, the advance payment will be refunded as per the following policy:

• More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund
• Within 30 days of check-in: No refund

Guest Misconduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner at all times during their stay. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive to other guests or staff members may result in immediate termination of the guest's stay without refund. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, excessive noise, verbal or physical abuse, vandalism, harassment, and drug or alcohol abuse on the premises. The accommodation establishment reserves the right to contact law enforcement if necessary.

Please take note that the Hostel Beds Dormitory is situated in the common living area. Kindly note that your reservation pertains only to the room being sold and not the entire living area. The dormitory hostel beds are exclusively reserved for guests who have access to an independent washroom located below the walking stairs. Please refrain from using the washroom that is designated for the accommodation, as it is clearly marked with a signboard and indicated in the room as well.

Before making any bookings, we request that you familiarize yourself with our policies. While guests are welcome to use the dining area, we kindly ask that they be mindful of other guests who may also require its use. Please note that bookings are only for the room, and we cannot guarantee exclusive use of the entire floor. Your cooperation in adhering to our policies is greatly appreciated.

Weapons and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises of Dhairya Villa. Guests found in possession of any such items will be immediately asked to vacate the property, and may be reported to the authorities as per the local laws and regulations. The management of Dhairya Villa reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any guest who violates this policy, without any liability or refund.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. Any damage costs incurred will have to be borne by the guests. Guests are advised to report any damages or issues to the property owner or manager as soon as possible to avoid additional charges and ensure timely repairs.

The Villa follows a strict noise policy to ensure the comfort and privacy of its residents, particularly since it is situated in a residential area and is also home to several bureaucrats. Excessive noise is not allowed on the premises at any time, and all residents and guests are expected to adhere to this policy. Any violations of this policy may result in penalties or even eviction from the property.

The Villa’s smoking policy strictly prohibits smoking in the living area and bedrooms, as we aim to maintain a smoke-free environment for our guests. However, we understand that some guests may want to smoke, so we have designated the balcony area for smoking purposes. We have created a beautiful ambiance in the balcony with a pigeon swing and comfortable seating arrangements that include tables and chairs, providing our guests with a relaxing and enjoyable smoking experience while also respecting the needs of non-smoking guests.

Note: Failure to comply with these house rules may result in the termination of your stay at Dhairya Villa Jammu without refund.

Reservation Policy: A 50% advance payment is required to reserve the rooms. The remaining 50% can be paid at the property's mode of payment upon check-in. Your reservation is not confirmed until the advance payment is received.

Check-in: Time starts from 1:00 PM. Guests arriving before 1:00 PM will be accommodated subject to availability. Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed and may attract additional charges.

Check-out: Time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests can be accommodated subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
